-Reservations require a one night deposit.  Balance is due upon arrival.
-Holidays and special events require full payment 30 days prior to your arrival date.
-MasterCard, Visa, American Express and cash are accepted.
-Rates are based on single/double occupancy.
-2 night minimum stay for all B&B rooms

-Rates are subject to change.
-Rates do not include the 7% Montana Accommodations Tax.
-Special rates may apply to holidays & special events.
-No pets are allowed.
-Check-in is 3pm to 6pm.
-Early or late check-in by special arrangement only.
-Check-out is 11am.
-Children 12 and over are welcome in the B&B.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your stay, please let us know as soon as possible.  For cancellations 14 days or more from your arrival date, your deposit will be returned less a $25 administrative fee.  For cancellations less than 14 days, your one night deposit is non-refundable.
